About The Role And The Team
As Engineering Manager you will stay technically engaged by contributing production code while managing a group of engineers and helping them grow and succeed. You will work with a dedicated product team within Forma Design, partnering closely with Product and Design.

- Lead and grow your engineering team fostering a collaborative, sustainable, and high-impact culture
- Coach and grow individual team members, supporting their professional development and guiding the team’s organic expansion as product demands evolve
- Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and software architects to translate user needs into impactful, customer-facing features
What Will Help You Succeed In This Role
- Experience creating psychologically safe, inclusive team environments where people can learn and grow
- Strong hands‑on engineering background building cloud‑based systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Care about writing code that delivers value to users quickly and sustainably

- Experience with TypeScript, serverless architectures, or AWS
- Background in large‑scale systems or platform development
- Experience working in cross‑functional, international product teams
