- Own end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Establish and test channels for talent sourcing at scale across LATAM, APAC, and other regions, in conjunction with the growth marketing team.
- Develop proprietary sourcing networks/channels in key regions, and be creative about strategies to acquire high-quality talent.
- Driving the vetting process to identify and accept only the highest quality finance & accounting talent into the company’s network.
- Set and track key performance metrics for talent sourcing & vetting to continually improve processes and maintain a high quality bar.
- Work closely with the founders & engineering team to build automation & efficiencies into the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and vetting.
- Work closely with the founders to develop the appropriate distribution of skills/profiles across the talent pool, and sourcing talent based on these target distributions.
- Meet and exceed certain monthly KPIs for talent acquisition.
- Be a thought partner to the founders on all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Assist with recruiting talent for internal roles.
- (Over time) Building out & managing a team of talent acquisition experts who can drive various sourcing & vetting processes at scale.
- 4-5+ years of experience in recruiting (end-to-end), ideally with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Proven ability to effectively source high quality talent at high volume using active and passive techniques, ideally across multiple regions (APAC and LATAM in particular).
- Experience vetting & interviewing talent (as the first or second filter), and evaluating the quality of candidates against certain criteria.
- Experience developing and testing various sourcing channels & strategies.
- Experience using data to inform talent sourcing & acquisition strategies, and developing key KPIs to evaluate the success of different channels.
- Experience in recruiting finance & accounting is preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of key HR tools (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) required for talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
