What You Will Be Doing
- Design and develop production-quality Python tooling, frameworks, and automation used across the entire engineering organization.
- Build and scale hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing infrastructure.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD systems, internal platforms, and automation pipelines.
- Collaborate with software, robotics, and QA teams to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient releases as the company grows.
- Take ownership of early-stage systems and shape the engineering foundation from the ground up.
About You
- Strong professional experience with Python, ideally in test automation, DevEx, internal tooling, or platform engineering.
- Background in building automation, CI/CD pipelines, internal frameworks, or developer infrastructure.
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments and familiar with tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Thrive in early-stage environments where autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving are key.
