Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Ship the product that moves real money across borders.
We’re building regulated financial infrastructure on top of compliant banking rails. You’ll join a tight engineering team, own full features end-to-end, and ship fast without cutting corners on correctness. Architecture decisions are made as a team — everyone’s opinion matters here.
What you’ll do
- Own full features from API design to UI — accounts, payments, KYC flows, and dashboards
- Work closely with the engineering team on payment rails, webhook reliability, and settlement logic
- Build and maintain compliance infrastructure: audit logs, monitoring pipelines, and data integrity systems
- Ship customer-facing product: onboarding, transaction history, and account management
- Improve reliability through idempotency, error handling, observability, and alerting
- Contribute to architecture decisions alongside the engineering team
Requirements
- 6+ years full-stack engineering — fintech, payments, or regulated infrastructure strongly preferred
- Strong in TypeScript / Node.js on the backend; React on the frontend
- Solid understanding of payment systems: ACH, SEPA, WIRE, webhooks, and settlement flows
- Experience with compliance-adjacent engineering: event logging, audit trails, and data integrity
- Postgres, Redis, and event-driven architecture at production scale
- High standards for code quality, testing, and operational reliability
Nice to have
- Experience with BaaS providers and regulated payment infrastructure
- On-chain experience: USDC, stablecoin infrastructure, or L2 networks
- Prior experience at an early-stage fintech or payments company
