Your Role

You’ll be the go-to builder for systems that tie together customer workflows, ERP integrations, and CRM operations. Success means creating reliable, documented solutions that scale smoothly and keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll:
  • Build and maintain websites and web apps (front-end + back-end).

  • Integrate APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows.

  • Develop automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

  • Configure and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or equivalents).

  • Troubleshoot issues and document solutions for reuse.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements.

You Bring:
  • Strong experience in front-end or full-stack web development.

  • Hands-on skills with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience integrating APIs and handling webhooks.

  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).

  • Comfort managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).

  • High attention to detail with testing and documentation.

  • Self-starter mindset, able to own tickets end-to-end.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Bonus Points:
  • Startup or remote-first experience.

  • Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or dashboard tools.

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).

  • Understanding of UI/UX for clean, user-friendly interfaces.
