Role Description

The Head of Financial Operations is a strategic and results-oriented finance leader overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of our Financial Health organization. Operating as a “mini-CFO,” this role is integral to driving financial performance, optimizing margins, and providing actionable insights to the General Manager.

  • Oversee P&L management and deliver regular financial updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational execution with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Combine financial stewardship with operational excellence to drive value creation
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of revenue cycle services and technology solutions

Essential Functions:

  • Develop a strategic perspective on the business and customers
  • Develop and implement operational strategies with business teams to drive profitability
  • Partner with sales around pipeline review process for pricing alignment
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Serve as key advisor to GM using data and analysis for decision-making
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for operational activities
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead the development of financial strategies that support growth and innovation
  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis for board reviews and investor presentations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in operations or business management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Expertise in financial planning and budget management
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
