Job Title: Financial Planner

About the Company:
We are recruiting for a wealth management firm that helps with estate planning & succession. They are looking for a Financial Planner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and businesses, providing personalized financial guidance for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and present custom financial plans (investments, estate, tax, and insurance)
– Analyze cash flow, assets, and business structures to optimize financial strategies
– Conduct financial modeling for wealth transfer and succession planning
– Support senior leadership with client reports and scenario analysis
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications:
– 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or wealth management
– CFP (or working toward it); CFA or CPA is a plus
– Strong understanding of personal finance, tax, and estate planning
– Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
– Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning software
