Job Description:

We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to the world’s leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners serving commercial and government markets.

As a Business Development Manager at Arrow ECS, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our IT solutions portfolio across the Baltics. You will work closely with local Arrow teams in product management, marketing, technical support, and vendor relations, in collaboration with the wider Nordic and EMEA teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic partnerships, grow vendor-aligned sales initiatives, and manage key client and reseller relationships. You will act as a central figure in building trusted relationships between Arrow, our partners, and leading global IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Activities

  • Identify key reseller partners with potential for growth in IT solutions and services.
  • Support partners by ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to maximize their business development potential.

Core Tasks

  • Execute business plans aligned with vendor strategies and market potential.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Enable and support partners with regular sales training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and launch lead-generation campaigns.
  • Regularly forecast business opportunities and provide pipeline visibility for short- and long-term deals.

You Bring

  • Proven ability to develop new customer relationships and strong communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management within the IT distribution or IT vendor ecosystem.
  • Experience working with IT distributors, partners, and/or vendors.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, software, or hybrid models).
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the local Latvian/Baltic IT market.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Latvian
